About the Opportunity


This is an excellent chance for a Senior Manager Solution Consulting Strategic Accounts to join our Digital Experience Business in Germany and take on a leadership role that will inspire and motivate a team of solution consultants to achieve strategic goals and objectives.


Job Description


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5+ years in successfully leading high-performing teams, with strong executive presence and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with and speaking publicly to C-suite executives. Profound knowledge of SaaS industry and digital experience management is essential, as well as a strong passion for solution consulting and innovative customer engagements.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants
  • Establish strategy, objectives, and priorities for your team
  • Motivate your team to act on new challenges and take informed risks that align with team goals
  • Inspire others to develop creative solutions that enhance our customers' experiences
  • Work with c-level partners from our largest strategic customers to emphasize the value of Adobe's digital experience products
  • Be a key counterpart for success for various collaborators from the matrix management – sales and customer success
  • Use clear metrics and milestones to hold yourself and team accountable for meeting expectations

Requirements:



  • Proven track record of 5+ years in successfully leading high-performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with and speaking publicly to C-suite executives
  • Profound knowledge of SaaS industry and digital experience management
  • Strong passion for solution consulting and innovative customer engagements
  • Self-starter comfortable initiating and leading a team within a fast-paced environment
  • Fuency in English and German

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
