Acquisition Marketing Manager

Our quickly growing international team in Berlin is looking for a (Senior) Acquisition Marketing Manager (f/m/x), responsible for all investor acquisition activities. You select, manage, and grow the channels, bringing us investors at the lowest cost and the best retention. Together with the rest of the marketing team, you will think of creative ways to bring our value proposition to new audiences in Germany and abroad and you will build the strategy for testing new channels. Our ideal candidate has a track record of success managing multiple (paid) acquisition channels, balancing daily operations and the longer-term roadmap, all with a positive and team-focused attitude. Key responsibilities:
- Managing multiple active acquisition channels
- Expanding our existing affiliate and FinanceAds program
- Setting up new channels such as influencer marketing and partnership marketing
- Continuous testing, monitoring, and optimizing of acquisition channels
- Recruiting, building, and maintaining relationships with (affiliate) partners and influencers
- Managing campaigns across multiple channels
- Negotiating the best and most scalable conditions for the company with our partners
- Reporting on new initiatives and forecasting budgetary needs to meet company targets
Your profile
- Experience in affiliate management, including partner acquisition, campaign management, web tracking, attribution, and compensation models
- Experience with other acquisition channels, such as, but not limited to, (D)OOH, influencer marketing, and partner marketing
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English is a must, French is a plus
- Experience with Google Looker is also a plus
- You take responsibility and work independently, but also in a team
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You are able to receive and give open and transparent feedback
