About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team at Flink. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and retention through innovative strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new customers.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Manage offline performance marketing activities, including hand-to-hand flyering and mailboxing.
- Develop and implement App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-moving company or startup.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter.
- Data-driven and creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
