Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du komplettierst ein motiviertes, etabliertes Team und bist für die Durchführung der Beschaffungsvorgänge am Standort Penzberg sowie für das Lieferantenmanagement (Verhandlungen, Vertragsabschlüsse, Leistungsmanagement) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Category Management verantwortlich.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du managst eine oder mehrere lokale Materialgruppen, inkl. den dazugehörigen Lieferanten

  • Du führst Einkaufsaktivitäten durch und achtest dabei auf Effizienz, Compliance und die Qualität des Kundenservices

  • Du denkst über den Standort Penzberg hinaus und bringst Dich aktiv in die Category Community ein

  • Du nutzt moderne e-Sourcing Tools (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs)

  • Du überwachst Zielvorgaben und KPIs und stellst sicher, dass die Ziele der direkten Beschaffungsvorgänge und die Kriterien für den Kundenservice eingehalten werden

Was Du mitbringst

  • Ein Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher oder naturwissenschaftlicher Ausprägung

  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen, wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen chemische oder biologische Einsatzstoffe

  • Kenntnisse und Erfolge in der Unterstützung von Kostensenkungs- und Wertsteigerungsprogrammen

  • Erfahrungen in der Planung und Umsetzung von globalen oder lokalen Einkaufsprojekten

  • Erfahrungen mit Systemen, Einkaufs- Tools und Prozessen (z. B. eSourcing, eAuction, Market Intelligence)

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für die Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

  • Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 10%
