About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Rohlik Group. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing sourcing and procurement best practices across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead tenders to support markets in securing the best conditions for their needs
- Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to provide expertise and knowledge
- Manage supplier relationships and drive collaboration with country teams
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and drive continuous operational improvement
