Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to support business growth and improve profitability
- Lead tenders and negotiations to secure best-in-class suppliers and contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Contribute to the development of the Group's procurement strategy and roadmap
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. You will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German or Czech a plus
