(Sr.) Operational Excellence Business Analyst and Project Manager

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively participates in data collection analysis and contributes to the coordination of the plant data collection, by ensuring the compilation of data, and realization of data quality check. Contributes the realization of the internal benchmark presentation, especially by providing charts and graphs related to the defined Internal Metrix of Operation, and creates ad hoc documents & analysis for specific internal benchmark. Collaborates with MSC global functions, especially with Finance team to integrate all relevant information regarding MFC / COP comparison. Adds value to Plant Performance Increase Activities by driving additional data collection and data quality check related to the “Stop, Improve, do More” sessions’ preparation, and organizes necessary follow-up discussions related to the recommendation with Plant team, Based on provided recommendations, organizes action plan regular follow-up with the plant team by ensuring alignment of project scope and schedule with project objectives. Works cross-functionally to solve problems, assists managers in the removal of obstacles and drive implementation of needed changes. Drives specific transformation projects on demand in the scope of OPEX activities and supporting implementation of OPEX methodology and tools. Proposes potential improvements / simplification / standardization / harmonization of processes or organizations.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree from related departments; PhD, MBA, specialized further education is plus, Minimum 10 years professional experience in related fields, At least 5 years in Business Control role in the Plant or in Headquarter, and Having business insight and financial acumen, Having knowledge in financial consolidation & analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills required, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, Action oriented, ensures accountability and drives results, Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to drive change Having Project management experience, and being Proficient in the use of project management tools is a plus, Having good command of English skill, proficiency in another language will be a plus, Willingness and availability for business travels, and work on / with different time-zones, Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
