Trusted by NVIDIA, HPE, the London Stock Exchange, the U.S. Air Force, NIH, and Articul8, Arango powers enterprise AI with context, confidence, and scale..We are a proud member of the NVIDIA Inception Program and the AWS ISV Accelerate Program.What You Will DoHRIS Management: Own the accuracy and integrity of all personnel data by responsibly adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS/HR toolsDocumentation & Compliance: Prepare, issue, and track all standard documentation, including employment agreements, official letters, and policy acknowledgmentsGlobal Compliance: Manage the initiation and tracking of HR compliance, e.g., required background checks, ensuring adherence to the specific legal requirements of each jurisdiction (country and state)New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate the logistical aspects of the new hire experience, including system access requests, gathering necessary paperwork, and assisting with welcoming activitiesOffboarding Execution: Execute the comprehensive offboarding checklist, actively coordinating the timely retrieval of assets and system access termination with the IT and relevant departmentsOther HR duties as assignedProfileEducation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Experience or strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS platformsGerman: Native or fluent (both written and spoken)English: Fluent and professional (both written and spoken)A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn quicklyThe ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismExceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple prioritiesBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and growthFlexible working hours and hybrid work optionsA dynamic and innovative work environmentCollaborative and inclusive company culture
