To achieve this, the department works closely with purchasing, logistics, production, project teams, and suppliers. Suppliers are monitored and assessed regarding their quality performance and capability. Based on this, measures and goals for quality improvement and supply assurance are implemented in collaboration with the suppliers.The "Supplier Quality Operations Management" department is responsible for incoming goods inspection, as well as the planning, creation, maintenance, and documentation of inspection plans based on technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
