Für anspruchsvolle Digitalprojekte suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen ServiceNow Project Lead (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle begleitest du namhafte Kunden bei der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Vorhaben. Dein Einsatz erfolgt projektbasiert im Rahmen externer Mandate - remote oder vor Ort - stets mit dem Fokus auf wirksame, zukunftsgerichtete Lösungen. Bei uns warten spannende Aufgaben auf dich Du entwickelst smarte ServiceNow-Lösungen mit Fokus auf ITSM, CSM und Workflow Automatisierung - effizient, durchdacht und mit Blick auf den Nutzer. Du bringst dich aktiv als Projektlead in die Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Module ein, steuerst und leitest organisatorisch unser Projektteam auf der jeweiligen ServiceNow-Kundenplattform. Gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern, IT-Architekten und anderen Devs analysierst du Prozesse und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen. Du begleitest neue Features von der Entwicklung bis zum Rollout - inklusive Testing, Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer. Wir wünschen uns von dir Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bringst technisches Verständnis, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für moderne IT-Lösungen mit. Außerdem wünschen wir uns: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als ServiceNow Developer, idealerweise mit Projektleitungs- oder Lead-Erfahrung Fundierte Kenntnisse in Angular sowie ITSM-/CSM-Prozessen und Webtechnologien (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST) Sicher im Umgang mit ITIL und Scrum Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Erfahrung mit der ServiceNow-Plattform und ihren Modulen, insbesondere ITSM, ITOM / CMDB, ITAM, SAM Zertifizierung als ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Zertifizierung als CSA (und weitere wünschenswert) Wir haben einiges zu bieten Die Zufriedenheit unserer Mitarbeiter ist uns besonders wichtig - nur so können wir zusammen großes bewegen.
