HR Project & Transformation Coordinator (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung als
    PMO-Lead für HR
    .
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Transformation Office.
  • Anwendung von aktuellen
    Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden
    .
  • Unterstützung von HR- und Business-Führungskräften bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse.
  • Mitwirkung bei
    Change-Management
    -Aktivitäten.
  • Bereitstellung von Executive-Unterstützung auf höchster Ebene für den CHRO.
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für das globale HR-Team sowie für weitere Business-Stakeholder.
  • Koordination von HR-Leadership-Team-Meetings.
  • Vorausschauende Problemlösung, proaktives Handeln und Rolle als "Go-to-Person" für den CHRO.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige
    Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
    , in HR-Transformation oder in der Beratung.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der
    Steuerung funktionsübergreifender und globaler Projekte
    .
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden.
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Organisationen.

  • Vorherige Erfahrung in Executive-Assistant oder Chief-of-Staff Aufgaben.

  • Starke organisatorische, analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
    .

  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
  • Change-Management-Expertise.
  • Eigeninitiative, hohe Energie
