We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager Product Support (all genders) to join our team at the Supply Center Leverkusen. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and processes.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou take responsibility as Quality Manager for product life cycle activities for the assigned pharmaceutical products manufactured at our Supply Center LeverkusenYou take responsibility for ensuring compliance with Pharmacopeias for the assigned pharmaceutical productsYou respond to Quality-related inquiries from internal and external partners, including customers, authorities, and various specialist functionsYou create and update local documents for Quality Control (QC), such as study plans/reports (e.g. method validation), inspection plans, specifications, and test methods, in close cooperation with other expertsYou support GMP activities, including PQR processing, SOP creation, deviation management, and conducting root cause analyses to develop appropriate measuresYou represent the Quality capability pool in assigned projects, such as product launch, product transfers, serving as an expert for local and global CMC projectsYou focus on achieving maximum results related to pipeline, team, and organizational impact while fostering close collaboration and accountability within and across teamsWHO YOU AREYou hold a university degree (master's or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or other natural sciencesYou have several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment and are well-versed in international regulatory requirements, cGMP, and pharmaceutical standardsYou have strong partnering and stakeholder management skills across different business functions and locationsYou demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with clarity in decision-makingYou are fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skillsADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis is a fixed-term position for 24 months.
