**MOM Senior Product Specialist (M/F/d)**

Become part of a team of product specialists/managers (M/F/d) with a focus on production IT and Manufacturing Operations Management products in a complex and motivating work environment. You are responsible for successful high-quality deployment, training, documentation, and measurement of one of our external developed, global digital products to drive user adoption, business outcomes and ensure proper, maximized usage.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Use audio/video tools to present to large audiences of users and business stakeholders and answer questions about the digital product
- Support user adoption of the product by creating communications, training, documentation, and launch plans to empower business partners across the globe
- Develop and realize standardized concepts and blueprints to ensure high-quality of externally developed software, working closely with the responsible product manager in an international environment
- Coordinate with global process experts and business stakeholders for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria
- Partner with users and other product teams around the globe to provide testing scenarios that help validate quality and alignment for continuous, iterative releases
- Understand trends in order to influence future development of the digital product and increase business value
- Participate in innovation activities to advance digitalization for Bayer

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in the field of engineering or natural sciences, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of experience as a product specialist (M/F/d) or software consultant (M/F/d) or comparable
- Profound knowledge in product design, product delivery, product adoption, testing and training of digital tools as well as a secure handling of web-based technologies in general
- Enthusiasm for digital tools, data analytics and modern technology stack
- High level of communication skills, conceptual and analytical understanding, and assertiveness
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and build relationships with internal and external teams as well as business stakeholders
- Ability to support innovations and future-oriented concepts
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

**This position can be located in Dormagen or Leverkusen.**
