Provide strategic advisory services to senior HR and business leaders, driving data-driven decision-making and alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Design and oversee compensation structures that balance internal equity with external market competitiveness.- Lead job architecture initiatives, including job grading, titling, and career path development.- Manage comprehensive compensation analytics and benchmarking projects to inform leadership decisions.- Optimize compensation processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience.- Advise senior leaders on compensation strategy and business impact.- Lead the development and execution of communication and training programs to support change management.- Drive compensation system enhancements and automation initiatives.Profil- 5+ years of progressive compensation or comparable experience, preferred in global or multi-regional compensation frameworks.- Proven track record leading compensation programs and strategic projects, expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and analytics.- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, strong business partnering and influencing skills.- Ability to lead communication and training initiatives.- Experience driving system enhancements and automation.Wir bietenWe're a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you're with us.
