Ab Dezember suchen wir für 3–6 Monate engagierte Unterstützung für unser Investment-Team im Rahmen eines Praktikums.

Als Praktikant*in unseres Investment-Teams bist Du in alle Schritte der Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten eingebunden. Du übernimmst Verantwortung in verschiedenen Phasen des Investmentprozesses und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unser Unternehmensportfolio strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Unterstützung im Fundraising-Prozess durch Recherche potenzieller Investoren (Limited Partners).
  • Durchführung von makroökonomischen Marktanalysen und Bewertung relevanter Trends zur Identifikation attraktiver Investmentthemen.
  • Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Akquisitionsziele zur Erweiterung unseres Investitionsportfolios.
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Unternehmensbesuchen zur vertieften Bewertung potenzieller Investitionsziele.
  • Analyse und Bewertung der wirtschaftlichen Gesamtlage potenzieller Übernahmekandidaten und Ableitung von Empfehlungen für unser Investment-Committee.
  • Durchführung umfassender Financial Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
  • Erstellung detaillierter Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Lieferkettenanalysen zur Unterstützung von Commercial Due Diligences.
  • Erarbeitung von Integrationsplänen und Identifikation von Synergiepotenzialen zur Optimierung der Wertschöpfung nach einer Akquisition.
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von LBO-Modellen zur Bewertung von Rentabilität und Risiken.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Prüfung und Ausarbeitung von Termsheets und Kaufverträgen im Rahmen laufender Transaktionen.
  • Mitwirkung an der Konzeption und Entwicklung interner Tools (inklusive AI-basierter Anwendungen), um Prozesse wie Dealsourcing und Outreaches an potentielle Targets effizienter zu gestalten.

Erfolg in dieser Position bedeutet für Dich, komplexe Fragestellungen selbstständig zu durchdringen, präzise Analysen zu erstellen und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen zu entwickeln. Du arbeitest proaktiv, setzt Prioritäten und überzeugst mit klarer Kommunikation und einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder fortgeschrittenes Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity oder Strategy Consulting.
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint; erste Erfahrungen mit Financial Modelling.
  • Grundlegende Coding Skills (z. B. VBA, Python oder vergleichbare Programmiersprachen) sind von Vorteil, um die Entwicklung interner Tools zu unterstützen.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten und Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete zu übernehmen.
  • Hohe Motivation und Interesse an Unternehmensanalyse und strategischen Fragestellungen.
  • Teamorientierte, inklusive und respektvolle Arbeitsweise.
