About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager with experience in listed company financial reporting, M&A transactions, and consolidated statements. This role is critical in managing cross-border reporting requirements, financial due diligence, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and German GAAP.
  • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and cross-border finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with German listing/reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to valuation, capital-in-kind transactions, and fundraising processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 5–8 years' accounting/finance experience, ideally with a listed or multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS & German GAAP and consolidation standards.
  • Prior exposure to M&A, due diligence, and capital markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Germany.
