Founded in 2014, Scalable Capital now employs over 700 people across Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Milan, and London. Together with the founding and management team, including Erik Podzuweit and Florian Prucker, they are working on a new generation of financial services.

- You monitor service levels, queues, intraday performance, and agent availability in real time.
- You support short- and long-term scheduling, shift maintenance, and daily staffing adjustments.
- You assist in volume forecasting, capacity planning, and data modeling.
- You create clear and actionable reports for operational teams and management.
- You deep-dive into data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Product.
- You are passionate about digital products and interested in Financial Markets
- You have an excellent academic background (e.g. Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar)
- You are (and will be for 1+ year) enrolled for Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field of study in Germany
- Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus (e.g. high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
- You work proactively and independently
- Excellent English communication skills
- Availability ca. 16-20h / week
- In a hybrid team setup with flexible working hours, you are willing to spend one day per week on site in our Berlin office
