Workforce Management & Planning Specialist (m/f/d)
Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Planung des operativen Geschäfts unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Volumens und der vereinbarten Service Level
  • Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen Erreichbarkeit für unsere Kunden unter Berücksichtigung der internen Servicelevel
  • Verteilen der Back Office Aufgaben (z. B. Anträge, Mails, Nacharbeiten und Wiedervorlagemappen an Customer Consultants)
  • Monitoring der Gesprächs- und Nacharbeitszeiten in Echtzeit zur Erreichung der Service Levels
  • Monitoring der Bearbeitungs- und Liegezeiten für den Back Office-Bereich
  • Erstellen und Interpretation von täglichen Reportings und Statistiken, Ableiten von angemessenen Planungs- und Steuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Personaleinsatzplanung auf täglicher, monatlicher und jährlicher Basis unter Berücksichtigung von historischen Daten und des aktuellen Volumens sowie Freigabe von Fehlzeitenanträgen
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Krankmeldungen

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im dynamischen Umfeld eines Customer Service / Call Center Bereichs
  • Sehr gutes Organisations- und Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit sich wechselnden Arbeitsbelastungen anzupassen
  • Sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine vorausblickende, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise
  • Konsequente Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit
  • Begeisterungsfähiger Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz und hoher Empathie
  • Sicheren Umgang mit PC, Internet, MS Office und Call Center gestützter Software
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Voraussetzung, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
