Your mission

  • Prepare and cook Chinese noodle dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and cooked to the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.
  • Clean and maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.

Your profile

  • Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Cook / Kitchen Prep position
  • Familiarity with traditional Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • English is a must - German a plus (but not required)
