Für unseren Kunden, einen etablierten Real Estate Developer mit Fokus auf Wohnimmobilien, suchen wir einen Senior Investment Manager (m/w/d), der seine Erfahrung im Transaktionsbereich in einem dynamischen und wachstumsorientierten Umfeld gezielt einsetzen möchte.

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten An- und Verkaufsprozess von Wohn- und ausgewählten Gewerbeimmobilien (Einzelobjekte & Portfolios)
  • Strukturierung komplexer Asset- und Share-Deal-Transaktionen
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Due-Diligence-Prozessen (kaufmännisch, rechtlich, technisch)
  • Entwicklung und Analyse von Cashflow-Modellen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Vertragsverhandlungen (LOIs, Kaufverträge, Finanzierungskonzepte)
  • Einrichtung und Pflege von Datenräumen sowie Steuerung externer Berater aus den Bereichen Recht, Steuern und Technik
  • Bearbeitung von Forward Deals, Projektentwicklungsankäufen sowie Investments in den Segmenten Core+, Value Add oder opportunistisch

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Investment- oder Transaktionsmanagement im Bereich Wohnimmobilien oder Mixed-Use
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel, idealerweise auch in Argus, SAP und / oder Power BI
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Investoren, Verkäufern und Partnern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, eng mit Asset Management und Development zusammenzuarbeiten
