Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen eine leidenschaftliche und detailorientierte Marketing Assistenz (m/w/d) auf befristeter Basis für bis zu 18 Monate zur Unterstützung unseres Universal Pictures International Germany Teams mit Sitz in Frankfurt. In dieser Vollzeitposition arbeitest Du eng mit unserer Marketing Managerin zusammen.

Aufgaben im Bereich Produktmanagement:

• Unterstützung unserer Marketing Managerin bei einer Vielzahl von Aufgaben in den Bereichen Marketingstrategie, Budgetplanung, Mediaplanung, kreative Adaptionen, Influencer-Marketing und Drittanbieter-Promotions
• Unterstützung und Durchführung von Briefings sowie Betreuung von Kreativ-, Media- und Promotion-Agenturen
• Planung und Durchführung ausgewählter Events wie Fan-Screenings
• Kommunikation mit dem Head Office in Los Angeles und London
• Reporting (Filmemacher-Präsentationen, Kampagnenanalysen etc.)
• Administrative Unterstützung der Marketing Managerin (Bestellungen, Rechnungsverfolgung, Lagerverwaltung etc.)
• Unterstützung bei Filmpremieren (als Runner vor Ort, verantwortlich für vielfältige Event-spezifische Aufgaben wie Gästemanagement)

Allgemeine Marketingunterstützung:

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung kleinerer Releases (Budgetierung, Strategie, Kreatives, Reporting)
• Recherche und Analyse
• Unterstützung des gesamten Marketingteams projektbezogen

Qualifikationen

• Erste Berufserfahrung oder Praktikum im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent auch in stressigen Situationen
• Offene und effektive Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich) und sicherer Umgang mit beiden Sprachen im professionellen Kontext
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
• Und nicht zuletzt: Eine große Leidenschaft für Film und Kino
