Jeden Tag stellen wir uns der Herausforderung, etwas zu bewegen. Als Marketing Assistant Rx (m/w/d) (an unserem Standort Bad Homburg) sind Sie verantwortlich für Erstellung von Präsentationen, Schulungsunterlagen sowie Auftragsverwaltung (anlegen, bearbeiten und monitoren) in Smart Source.

Zu den wesentlichen Verantwortungsbereichen dieser Position zählen:
- Bearbeitung von Kundenbelangen (Meinungsbildner, Ärzte, Apotheker, Patienten) in Absprache mit den Product Managern- Organisation von internen und externen Sitzungen/Tagungen- Termine koordinieren, vereinbaren und organisieren- Organisation und Betreuung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen, nationalen Kongressen und Symposien nach Abstimmung mit den Product Managern- Unterstützung der Product Manager bei der Planung/Koordinierung der Werbematerialien im Dialog mit externen Agenturen/Anbietern- Kommunikation mit Agenturen/Dienstleistern in Abstimmung mit den Product Managern; Koordination der Aktivitäten/Projekte- Weiterleitung von Meldungen zu Arzneimittelnebenwirkungen an die zuständige Abteilung

Im Rahmen dieser Position sind die folgenden Mindestanforderungen zu erfüllen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung- mindestens 1 -2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Bereich Marketing wünschenswert- Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)- Organisierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Kreativität- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative; ausgeprägter Teamgeist- Gute Englischkenntnisse
