**Job Title**: Assistant Marketing manager

**Reporting to**: Managing Director

**Primary responsibility**:
To ensure cultural alignment and systems adherence in the marketing department.

**Secondary Responsible**:
Collecting effective social media content through our inhouse reporting system.

Ensuring Website is up to date and error free.

Develop effective promotional and advertising ideas and communicating same, with managers in a timely manner.

Overseeing the complete reservations systems.

Overseeing all aspects of feedback and responding in a timely manner.

Managing all aspects of our Marketing database.

Understanding completely the company’s relationship with SPICCE and using SOP in communicating with each social group.

Implementation of new marketing ideas as per our SOP’s.

Maintaining a management style which is effective and efficient, with a strong focus on systems. Primarily applied to our inhouse systems regarding Hootsuite, Chatwerk and smartsheet.

- Use of our in house systems to ensure effective planning and communication with Front of house, Kitchen and Office.

**Finance**:

- Adhering to our cost control and financial planning systems, when setup budgets and promotions.
- Assisting in managing a marketing budget and assist in delivering our Marketing cost KPI at a unit level.

- Good computer skills.
- Social media awareness.
- Ability to deliver a high level of hospitality.
- Able to speak German an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 17.000,00€ - 34.000,00€ per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
