PHORAX ist eine inhabergeführte Digital-Agentur mit Sitz am Hamburger Fischmarkt. Unsere Schwerpunkte sind die Beratung und Web-Entwicklung: Wir entwerfen, gestalten und entwickeln technisch anspruchsvolle Online-Plattformen, E-Commerce Shops sowie Apps. Als Maschinenraum schaffen wir seit über 20 Jahren für dankbare Kunden erfolgreiche Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich mehrere Web Projekte mit Laufzeiten zwischen 6 Wochen und 6 Monaten
  • Du verwaltest Kunden-Etats, führst Planning Termine durch organisierst die Auftragsabwicklung und begleitest die Abrechnung
  • Du nimmst Wünsche an, formulierst Anforderungen, identifizierst Blockaden und findest gemeinsam mit den Teams guteLösungen
  • Du organisiert, bereitest vor, moderierst und dokumentierst Termine mit notwendigen Beteiligten
  • Unterstützt die Teams durch Retrospektiven
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst relevante Erfahrung als Project Manager oder Product Owner im agilen Software-Projekten mit – bevorzugt mit Zertifizierung
  • Scrum / Kanban und agile Software-Entwicklung kannst Du auswendig
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Wissen im Bereich der Software-Entwicklung und IT-Architektur
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Engagement
  • Du kommunizierst klar und lösungsorientiert. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
