Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute account plans based on short- and long-term goals.
- Identify long-term business opportunities and integrate them into the account strategy.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
- Vietnam-ese nationality, currently residing in one of the following locations: US / EU (France, Germany, Sweden) / Japan / Korea / China.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Solid experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Automotive industry expertise is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
