Executive Business Manager (m/w/d).

Die Stelle wird in Vollzeit und hybrid in Neuss besetzt.

Als rechte Hand des Geschäftsführers sind dies u.a.
deine neuen Aufgaben
:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Initiativen
  • Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Business-Analysen, Management-Reports und Präsentationen
  • Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Management-Briefings und Unterlagen für Gremien
  • Aufbereitung komplexer Themen und Formulierung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen und gruppenweiten Stakeholdern
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Management-Meetings
  • Eigenständige Leitung oder Begleitung strategischer Projekte im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung
  • Terminmanagement
  • Erstellung von Korrespondenz, Protokollen und internen Kommunikationsunterlagen.

Das bringst Du mit
:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • mind. 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hohe Integrität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und souveränes Auftreten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
