Your mission

As Finance Strategy Lead // Chief of Staff, this position is designed for a high achiever eager to shape and accelerate the company's financial trajectory. Acting as the right hand to the VP Finance, you will drive strategic projects, deliver advanced financial insights, and play a critical role in both executive decisions and daily operations. This role offers unparalleled exposure to senior leadership, continuous challenges, and the opportunity to have a front-row seat to one of Europe's most exciting defence stories.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted support and sparring partner to the VP Finance in daily business matters.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to aid decision-making.
  • Coordinate and implement ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and strategy.
  • Support preparation of board materials, fundraising documents, and investor updates.
  • Streamline internal processes and promote financial best practices throughout the organization.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools.
  • Background in investment banking, consulting, or finance preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and results-oriented mindset.
