Als
Financial Director (m/f/d)
bei Conclusion DACH gestaltest du die finanzielle Zukunft unserer Aktivitäten in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Du bist Teil unseres Management Teams, agierst als strategischer Sparringspartner für den Managing Director DACH und treibst die Integration neuer Beteiligungen aktiv voran. Du entwickelst unsere Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen weiter als Grundlage für nachhaltiges Wachstum und unternehmerische Klarheit.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Du baust ein effektives Beteiligungscontrolling für alle Gesellschaften in der DACH-Region auf und steuerst es mit Fokus auf Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit.
  • Du konsolidierst und harmonisierst Finanzprozesse über mehrere Einheiten hinweg und etablierst einheitliche Standards.
  • Du entwickelst klare Strukturen für Reporting, Forecasting und KPI-Monitoring und setzt diese konsequent um.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv M&A-Prozesse - von der finanziellen Due Diligence bis zur Post-Merger-Integration.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Gruppe in den Niederlanden sowie mit lokalen Geschäftsführungen zusammen und bringst deine Perspektive ein.
  • Du baust ein leistungsstarkes Finance-Team auf, führst es mit Weitblick und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter.

Wann du zu uns passt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren CFO- oder leitenden Controlling-Rolle, vorzugsweise in einem Private-Equity- oder Buy-and-Build-Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Beteiligungscontrolling, Group Accounting und M&A.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
