YOUR ROLE

The Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for leading a team of approximately 100 associates, overseeing total revenue performance, and driving the strategic direction of all F&B operations. This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager and is a key member of the Executive Team, contributing to overall business success and guest satisfaction.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for all F&B outlets and banquet operations
• Manage and develop a large, diverse team
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability targets
• Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality service and guest experience
• Collaborate closely with other Executive Team members to align F&B strategy with overall hotel goals
• Drive innovation in menus, concepts, and service standards to remain competitive in the market
• Strong Business Acumen: ability to understand financial drivers, market dynamics, and translate them into strategy

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• A solid educational background or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Director of F&B or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
• Expertise in culinary innovation, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with guest expectations
• Strong knowledge of beverage programs and cost control, including wine, bar operations, and inventory management
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written

The property boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich also features a full service spa, which house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel includes extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
