Your mission

Your Role

You will take ownership of ongoing and preparatory accounting tasks, ensuring that our financial backbone runs smoothly during one of our managing directors' parental leave.
 If the collaboration works well, we'd love to keep this position long-term.

Your Responsibilities

Handle ongoing accounting and preparatory tasks for our external tax office Issue invoices via sevDesk and process incoming and outgoing invoices Manage and reconcile receipts via Pleo Collaborate with our external tax advisors and prepare data for DATEV Prepare the monthly shareholder reporting (SuSa-based, partially automated) Create and maintain cash flow overviews (12-week forecast) Maintain the master file for outgoing invoices, including revenue split and service periods Manage accounts receivable/payable, including dunning processes Support ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements Your profile

Your Profile

Completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, industrial clerk) or degree in finance/accounting or several years of relevant professional experience Solid knowledge of ongoing and preparatory accounting Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, allocation logic) Experience with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting Experience in using sevDesk, Pleo, and ideally DATEV Excellent German skills (native level) and good English skills Structured, reliable, and self-driven work style Enjoy working in a dynamic start-up environment and shaping processes Why us?
