The role

The digital healthcare market is a very exciting and competitive space that has seen considerable growth over the last few years.

At ZAVA, we're looking for a motivated and curious Working Student (SEO & Organic Growth) to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll support our organic growth and AI-driven marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on SEO and organic visibility, and key areas of focus including organic search, AI visibility, and social media. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider marketing projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience across digital marketing disciplines. This will include exposure to SEO strategy, using AI for marketing, content optimisation, and reporting, while contributing to campaigns that drive organic growth.

What you'll own

• Support the Organic Growth team with day-to-day activities
• Contribute to cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Identify and prioritise content optimisation opportunities
• Conduct content gap analysis and other market research
• Use generative AI tools to help scale marketing efforts
• Assist with content ideation for SEO and content marketing campaigns
• Carry out competitor and keyword analysis to inform strategy
• Assisting with creating content calendars for social media channels

What you'll bring

• Experience with one or more forms of content marketing and/or content creation
• Experience using a Content Management System
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, and how they work
• Naturally passionate about healthcare content that resonates with a new and existing audience
• Fluent English skills to work well in an English-speaking team
  
  Day-to-day the work will encompass:
• Create SEO-friendly content briefs for new pages and articles
• Perform keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs
• Monitor competitors and search trends to identify emerging opportunities
• Support performance reporting using analytics, SEO, and data visualisation tools
• Create and post social media content across multiple channels
