Seit nun mehr als zehn Jahren sind wir für namenhafte und sehr erfolgreiche Unternehmen vor allem in der Tourismus-, Mode-, Lifestyle-, Finanz- und Medizin Branche tätig.

Wir sind Marketing- und Kommunikationsmanager mit Fokus auf Strategie, Digital Solutions und Event.

Aufgaben
  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen:Aktive Mitwirkung in Videos & Storys: Präsentiere dich authentisch und kreativ vor der Kamera.
  • Content Creation: Foto- und Videografie bei Kund:innen und Events – halte besondere Momente visuell fest.
  • Bild- & Videobearbeitung: Bearbeite Fotos und Videos eigenständig und erstelle ansprechende Grafiken.
  • Ideenentwicklung für Social Media: Entwickle kreative Konzepte und Formate für Instagram, TikTok, Facebook und LinkedIn.
  • Konkurrenzanalyse: Behalte Trends und Mitbewerber im Blick, um innovative Inhalte zu gestalten.
  • Markenbotschafter:in: Sei das Gesicht eines Shopping-Centers auf dessen Social Media-Kanälen.
  • Event-Begleitung: Dokumentiere gemeinsam geplante Events und Aktionen im Center in Bild und Video.
  • Flexible Rollen: Arbeite je nach Story mal vor, mal hinter der Kamera.
  • Kreativer Input: Bringe eigene Ideen für neue Video-Formate und Storytelling aktiv ein.
  • Zusammenarbeit beim Editieren: Unterstütze bei Schnitt und Bearbeitung, arbeite eng mit dem Team zusammen.
Qualifikation
  • Du bist eine aufstrebende Creatorin oder ein Creator aus Berlin
  • Du hast Lust auf neue Herausforderungen, möchtest sichtbar werden & dich kreativ entfalten
  • Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikativ und liebst es, vor und hinter der Kamera zu stehen
  • Erfahrung im Foto- und Videografieren
  • Erfahrung mit Canva, Capcut und idealerweise Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere
  • min 3 Monate Arbeitserfahrung, gerne auch in anderem Umfeld
  • Verständnis für soziale Medien
  • Interesse für Mode, Shopping
  • Organisierte Person
  • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Gute Schreibfähigkeiten
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten auch mal an Abenden und am Wochenende
