O HUB Pessoa Física é o ponto central que conecta sistemas e jornadas de câmbio voltadas ao cliente final. Seu desafio será garantir a evolução contínua desse ecossistema, assegurando a eficiência das integrações entre os sistemas de Câmbio e Pessoa Física, e mantendo a governança e consistência das informações que sustentam a experiência do cliente. Você atuará de forma estratégica e colaborativa com times de tecnologia, negócio e arquitetura, priorizando entregas que gerem valor real e impacto para o negócio.
O que você fará por aqui
Garantir a evolução contínua do HUB PF, equilibrando demandas de sustentação e evolução do produto.
Atuar em colaboração com times de tecnologia, arquitetura e negócio, traduzindo necessidades em soluções que gerem impacto real.
Assegurar a eficiência das integrações entre sistemas de Câmbio e Pessoa Física, garantindo a consistência e governança dos dados.
Priorizar backlog com base em valor de negócio, impacto no ecossistema e métricas de sucesso.
Acompanhar indicadores de performance e garantir que as entregas tragam resultados tangíveis.
Conduzir alinhamentos entre áreas, mantendo uma comunicação clara, empática e orientada a resultados.
Antecipar riscos e propor soluções que otimizem processos e melhorem a experiência dos clientes.
O que esperamos que você saiba
Conhecimento intermediário em Jira / Confluence, Miro, Power BI ou Looker Studio, e Google Analytics.
Habilidade em comunicação clara e empática, traduzindo assuntos técnicos em linguagem de negócio.
Visão sistêmica para compreender o impacto das integrações e decisões no ecossistema do produto.
Capacidade de colaboração com múltiplos times, atuando de forma próxima a tecnologia, arquitetura e negócio.
Experiência em gestão de prioridades e roadmap, equilibrando sustentação e evolução contínua.
Orientação a resultados, com raciocínio analítico e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
Proatividade e autonomia para conduzir conversas produtivas e propor melhorias contínuas.
