As our Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of one of our core digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that users love — while aligning business needs with technical realities.

What You'll Do?

  • Define and own the holistic product strategy for our core digital sport platform
  • Balance the strategic initiatives
    of our core product roadmap with the delivery of custom-tailored solutions for strategic clients
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and KPIs
    in close collaboration with leadership
  • Prioritize and maintain the
    product roadmap
    based on value, effort, and impact
  • Collaborate with
    engineering, design, and stakeholders
    to deliver high-quality features
  • Collect and interpret
    user feedback, usage data, and market trends
    to inform decisions
  • Lead
    sprint planning, product reviews, and ongoing backlog refinement
  • Ensure clear and regular communication
    across teams in both
    German
    and
    English
  • Advocate for the user
    and help shape a seamless, intuitive product experience
  • Drive continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within your product team

What You Bring?

  • Completed Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience
    in
    product management
    within a digital or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of
    agile product development
    processes and tools
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders and prioritize initiatives effectively
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on solving real user problems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English
    , written and spoken, German is a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with
    building products from conception to launch
  • Interest in or knowledge of
    sports tech
