Deine Rolle:

Als
Senior Event Project Manager
übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Event- und Kommunikationsprojekte – physisch, hybrid und digital. Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozesse effizient und zielgerichtet umgesetzt werden. Dabei bist du sowohl operativer Treiber als auch strategischer Sparringspartner für Kunden und Teams.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung & Steuerung
    komplexer Event- und Kommunikationsprojekte für internationale Kunden
  • Führung & Koordination
    von interdisziplinären Teams aus Projektmanagement, Kreation und Technik
  • Kundenmanagement & Beratung
    – erste Ansprechperson für Kunden, Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte, Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Budget- & Ressourcenverantwortung
    – Erstellung und Kontrolle von Budgets, Koordination von Ausschreibungen und Partnern
  • Entwicklung & Umsetzung hybrider und digitaler Formate
    – digitale Interaktion, Streaming, Medienproduktion und innovative Eventtechnologien
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
    von Konzeption bis Produktion – mit Fokus auf Qualität und strategische Zielvorgaben

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im
    Projektmanagement für Events, Live- oder Markenerlebnisse
  • Sicheres Gespür für
    Kundenbedürfnisse & exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der
    Führung & Steuerung von Teams
    sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Innovationsfreude & Erfahrung mit hybriden und digitalen Eventformaten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
