Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Call Center Agent Outbound (m/w/d)
Aufgaben- Aktive telefonische Akquise von Neukunden und Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms
- Fachkundige Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl verschiedener Softwarelösungen und Dienstleistungen
- Vereinbarung von Terminen und Onlinedemos für den Außendienst
- Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM-System
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Aufträgen
- Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Reportings
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Vertriebsprozesses
- Repräsentation der Kunden in einer professionellen und freundlichen Weise
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Schulungen, Weiterbildungen und Vertriebsmeetings
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundensupport, idealerweise im Telefonvertrieb
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlusssicherheit
- Eigeninitiative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
