new team member (m/f/d)
to join us
as soon as possible
in a part-time position as
Tax Assistant to the Financial Manager
(15-20 hours/week) at our Ratingen location.

Your Responsibilities
As Tax Assistant to the Financial Manager (m/f/d), your tasks will include:

  • Timely preparation and submission of all statutory tax returns
  • Communication with external tax advisors
  • Preparation of VAT returns and recapitulative statements
  • Support in preparing Intrastat reports
  • Assistance with trade tax, corporate income tax, capital gains tax, and withholding tax matters
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Taxation/Finance, or qualification as a tax specialist or tax consultant (m/f/d), or comparable background
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of taxation
  • Strong tax knowledge and understanding of current tax regulations
  • Confident in using MS Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Independent working style and analytical thinking skills
  • Open-minded, communicative, and eager to contribute new ideas
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Calm and supportive under pressure
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
