Czech Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Czech-speaking customer service representative to join our team in Greece. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Czech and have excellent communication skills. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Greece.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Offer product/service information and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Collaborate with team members and follow company procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent Czech (C2) and basic English (B1+)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Must be residing in Greece (or planning to relocate soon)
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
