Purpose of job

Support customers by answering product and service questions, process orders and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify customer requirements
  • Communicating operational standards, ensuring adherence to Customer Service Team guidelines
  • Responsible for tasks such as order processing, ensuring lead time to our customers, cross department communication e.g. with accounting department, QA department, sales forces
  • Ensure high quality customer communication to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
  • Communication with respective Sales representatives to solve special customer requirements and issues and solve discrepancies within the order process

Relevant skills and experience

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
