Site Manager – Wind Farm Construction

Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated
Site Manager
to support the construction of wind farm projects in
Germany
. In this position, you'll be at the heart of the action working directly on site, helping to ensure that each phase of the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You'll collaborate with a wide range of teams and specialists, contribute to the quality and safety culture on site, and help keep the project moving smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a mission-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience:
    At least 5 years in civil construction or large industrial projects, including time spent as a Site Manager or Owner's Representative in wind energy.
  • Technical Strengths:
    Solid experience with Balance of Plant (BOP) activities from civil works to electrical infrastructure.
  • Nice to Have:
    Background or qualifications in electrical engineering.
  • Languages:
    Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). German skills are an advantage but not required.
