Das IHP betreibt Spitzenforschung und Entwicklung zu siliziumbasierten Systemen, Hochfrequenz-Schaltungen und Technologien für die drahtlose und die Breitbandkommunikation. Die Forschungsschwerpunkte des Instituts sind auf volkswirtschaftlich relevante Themen ausgerichtet, die ihre Anwendungen in der Telekommunikation, Halbleiterindustrie, Telemedizin, Automatisierungstechnik sowie der Luft- und Raumfahrt finden.

Die IHP Solutions GmbH ist eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft des IHP – Leibniz Institut für innovative Mikroelektronik und wurde 2015 als eigenständige, industrieorientierte Gesellschaft für den Technologietransfer - zur industriellen Verwertung und Weiterentwicklung von Forschungsergebnissen des IHPs - gegründet. Die IHP Solutions GmbH vermarktet Intellectual Property (IP), Produkte und Dienstleistungen.

Aufgaben
  • Kundenmanagement und Vertrieb für Foundry Services (MPW, Engineering Runs usw.), IP-Blöcke und ASICs, hauptsächlich im europäischen Raum
  • Identifizierung von wichtigen Zielkunden und Partnern
  • Strategische Entwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Key Accounts
  • Leitung von Technologietransfer- und IP-Entwicklungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Forschungsteams des IHP – Leibniz Instituts und strategischen Partnern
  • Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Markteinführungsstrategien und anderen damit verbundenen Dokumenten für ausgewählte IPs und Technologieplattformen Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Fachkonferenzen
Qualifikation
  • einen Hochschulabschluss natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Art
  • vertriebsorientierte Qualifikation oder Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der angewandten Wissenschaft oder Forschung in der Mikroelektronik
  • Einschlägiger Hintergrund in relevanten Bereichen (Mikroelektronik, Halbleitertechnologie usw.) ist erforderlich
  • Industrieerfahrung ist von großem Vorteil - insbesondere in der Halbleiterindustrie, Foundry Services, Telekommunikation usw.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Ein souveräner Umgang mit der deutschen und englischen Sprache wird vorausgesetzt.

Die Stelle ist ab sofort für die Dauer von zunächst zwei Jahren (mit Option auf Entfristung) in Vollzeit zu besetzen und wird entsprechend der Tarifregelungen, sowie nach Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in Anlehnung an TV-L vergütet.
