Are you a skilled communicator in Czech (C2) and English (B2) with a solid background in sales and marketing? Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Specialist and work closely with a global social media leader, supporting businesses in refining their digital advertising strategies. Your expertise will help advertisers achieve measurable success and boost their online presence.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers, providing tailored recommendations for optimizing their campaigns and maximizing ROI on a well-known social media platform.
- Client Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound interactions with business clients, offering insights and strategies to help them reach their advertising goals.
- Platform Proficiency: Gain certification and deep understanding of the platform, positioning yourself as an expert in digital marketing solutions.
- Strategic Creativity: Develop innovative approaches to enhance client campaigns, working to tell compelling brand stories and increase their digital impact.
- Sales & Marketing Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales or marketing with a strong drive to excel in a client-focused role.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or native-level Czech (C2) and a solid command of English (B2) for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on learning, adapting, and generating fresh ideas to support client success.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster client trust through insightful recommendations.
- Competitive Compensation: Monthly salary of 2,750 EUR(totaling 33,000 EUR per year), plus up to 687 ER in monthly performance bonuses.
- Relocation Support: Assistance of up to 1,500 EUR for relocation from outside Germany and 700 for candidates relocating from within Germany (minimum 100 km from Berlin).
