Language: German (min. C1 level)
Tesla is looking for a working student to join our expanding Central Europe Recruitment team. In this role, you will support us with recruiting activities for all Service and Sales locations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Romania. The standard of our employees at Tesla is extremely high and we have a powerful commitment to recruiting the best talent.
What You’ll Do
- Support our Recruiting team throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Bring the ideas to optimize our active sourcing strategy to find the best specialists in the world.
- Own and contribute in ad-hoc projects.
What You’ll Bring
- A burning desire to work for the most innovative company on the planet and to change the foreseeable future of both the automotive and energy industries.
- Bachelor’s (min. 2nd semester) or Master’s degree in progress.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, high level of creativity.
- Willingness to learn sourcing strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills (min. C1 level).
- Ability to work 20 hours/week.
- Nice to have previous internship experience in HR/ Recruitment or Marketing.
