Customer Service part-time 20h/week

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in managing orders, returns and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
TASKS:
- Process returns
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and friendly manner
- Manage and monitor incoming orders
- Processing of complaints
- Proactive collaboration with colleagues and external steakholders to develop solutions and address customer issues promptly
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills and structured working style
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Comfortable working with digital tools (ERP system, customer service desk, MS Office)
- Analytical skills are a plus
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
- Interest in fashion and current trends
