For our European Business Group, we are looking for a Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
- Support application development projects in different industries to help introduce our products and grow the market in the EMEA region
- Identify customer needs, hold online and offline meetings, and provide technical solutions with required documentation, in close collaboration with internal experts.
- Support the initiation and coordination of technical projects with customers and partners
- Support customer-led trials, production processes and co-development activities
- Manage the complaint handling process
- Monitor market and technology trends to find new application ideas and business opportunities and share insights to help the team prepare for the future
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication abilities
- Structured, responsible, independent and growth mindset
- Business fluent in English (spoken and written), proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian or Korean is an advantage
- Confident handling of common MS Office programs
- Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution-oriented work attitude
- Willingness to travel about 50 % within EMEA without VISA Issue and a class B driving license
