Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Compensation & Benefits Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an Zahlen, Analysen und HR-Prozessen mitbringt.

In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit dem Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager DACH zusammen und übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle in operativen und analytischen C&B-Themen. Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vergütungs- und Benefitsprozesse und erhältst tiefe Einblicke in die HR-Arbeit einer internationalen Organisation.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung bei Jobbewertungen, Gehaltsstrukturen und Marktanalysen
  • Mitarbeit an Pay-Equity-Analysen und Einhaltung interner sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unserem HRIS (SuccessFactors)
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger HR- und Vergütungsreports
  • Mitwirkung bei Salary-Review-Zyklen und Incentive-Programmen (STI, LTI, weitere)
  • Unterstützung bei Vergütungsentscheidungen für Neueinstellungen
  • Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Benefits in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Übernahme operativer C&B-Aufgaben sowie Unterstützung bei Dokumentation, Kommunikation, Audits und Prozessoptimierungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste HR-Erfahrung (z. B. Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit oder Junior-Rolle) - idealerweise mit Bezug zu HR-Analytics oder Vergütung
  • Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors oder einem vergleichbaren HRIS ist ein Plus
