Responsibilities:

· Are you ready to make a real difference and actively shape the future of our company? Then apply now for an exciting internship in the field of contract law and become part of our dynamic Contract Management team

· Daily Business Support: Assist our contract managers in the sales/contract management department for Europe with their daily tasks and experience the practice firsthand.

· Contract Check: Help with the processing and review of customer-specific requirements and contracts to ensure everything runs smoothly.

· Meetings & Brainstorming: Actively participate in international meetings and contract discussions and bring your fresh ideas.

· Developing Sample Contracts: Work on the development of sample contracts and contract clauses as well as process instructions for the operational areas.

· Project Support: Assist with exciting projects and actively contribute to the further development of our contract strategies.

· Teamwork & Coordination: Coordinate and align with the specialist departments on contract topics to ensure smooth collaboration.
