Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months)You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate lawYou will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibilityYou participate in negotiations with clients and business partnersPlease indicate the period in which you would like to complete the traineeshipQualifications:Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial lawCompleted first German state examination, at least with the grade "satisfactory” (befriedigend)Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a weekGood understanding of economic and legal contextsConfident handling of MS-OfficeSociability, commitment and independence
