Das ist uns wichtig
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Immobilienmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, oder Ausbildung Immobilienkauffrau mit Weiterbildung und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Centermanagement oder Immobilienmanagement 
  • Kenntnisse in Mietvertragswesen, Marketing und Budgetplanung
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke und Organisation

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich
  • Steuerung, Betreuung und Optimierung des operativen Objektbetrieb mit Mietern, Dienstleister und Partnern
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
  • Pflege bestehender Mietverhältnisse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden
  • Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu den Mietern
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Mieterbindung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vermietung, Facility Management und Marketing sowie externen Dienstleistern 
  • Konfliktmanagement zwischen Mietern und Management
  • Reporting und Analyse der Mieterbedürfnisse und -zufriedenheit
  • Analyse von Performance-Daten und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
