With a strong product portfolio spanning nucleic acid purification, PCR reagents, sequencing tools, and molecular biology kits, they empower researchers and biotech partners to advance discovery and diagnostic innovation.

Now entering a significant growth phase across Europe, they are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to expand their footprint and strengthen relationships across academic, biotech, and industrial life science customers.

The Role

Reporting to the European Commercial Lead, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth within the genomics research segment across assigned territories in Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of molecular biology workflows and a proven ability to deliver consultative, solution based sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across genomics research customers


• Manage and expand relationships with academic, biotechnology, and diagnostic customers


• Identify new opportunities for product adoption in next generation sequencing (NGS), gene expression, and synthetic biology applications


• Work collaboratively with technical support and marketing to deliver customer presentations, seminars, and product training


• Provide market insight and competitive intelligence to help shape European strategy and product positioning


• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports

About You

Requirements:


• BSc or higher in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related life science discipline


• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within genomics, life science reagents, or research tools


• Strong network across European academic or biotech markets


• Demonstrated ability to drive sales through relationship building and technical understanding


• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills


• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (30–50 percent)
